Ingredients

I used 4 ripe avocados (still firm but ripe)

4 Egg Whites

1 cup breadcrumbs (I used organic Panko)

1/4 cup organic flour

Sea Salt, Pepper, Salsa (to taste)

Prep:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Slice the avocados into long fry shape cuts, dredge the avocado slices in the egg bath, then flour, finally, Panko breadcrumbs. Place avocado slices on cookie sheet, season with sea salt and pepper and bake in oven at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until designed crispiness. Serve with fresh salsa.
