Red Slaw (Hold The Mayo & Vinegar)

Great for those with allergy concerns, it’s simple, easy to prepare, and a perfect accompaniment to the typical barbecue fare that most can enjoy without concerns of “what’s in this??”. Red Slaw is testy, great in color, and very attractive dish.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Prepare vegetables as indicated and toss in salad bowl.

In a small container, combine lime juice, oil, cumin, salt and pepper.

Shake vigorously until well combined.

Pour over slaw and toss. Serve!
